Refund and Returns Policy

At Sea Lion Oman, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund and returns policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Note: Because we are a wholesale supplier, returns are generally accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Clearance, final-sale, or discounted bulk orders

  • Items returned without prior approval


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo(s) showing damage or defect, if applicable

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and shipping information.


4. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged or defective item).

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After this period, if the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a refund, depending on your preference


8. International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer, unless due to our error.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions or special cases will be handled via email on a case-by-case basis.


9. Exceptions & Disputes

In rare situations where standard terms do not apply, we will communicate alternative solutions directly via email. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and professionally.
